Reminders
Medical Forms
All Staff members are required to have a medical
form on file in order
to be at camp. Medicals must be completed within the last year. Staff
members should bring their completed medical forms with them to camp. This
is very important!
All
Staff Meeting
The TMR All-Hands Staff Meeting is June 26, 2010 at
Alpine
Scout Camp from 8:00AM until 1:00PM in the Ohrbach Arena. All Staff
Members are required to attend. We will also be offering CPR and First Aid
training for those staff members that require the training. If you cannot attend you must let Cathy or John know ASAP.

NOTE: CIT's, ages 14 and 15, DO NOT need working papers or other forms, just a staff application, references, and a medical form.
NATIONAL
CAMP SCHOOL
For those senior staff members attending the National Camp School, you
must follow
this link
to complete the application and return it to your Camp Director ASAP.
To sign up for NCS, if you are unsure as to whether you are required to
attend NCS or have questions about NCS, contact your Camp Director.

First year staff-persons will be provided, free of
charge with two Class B polo shirts. Returning staff-persons will receive
one, free of charge. |
| Keowa Staff Belt |
A Staff Belt is a required part of the uniform and will be available for sale at camp. |
| Keowa Staff Bolo |
The staff bolo will be required as part of the Class A uniform. This required item will be sold at camp. | |
| Class A Uniform Shirt |
|
It is up to you how many shirts, etc. you want for the summer. The
Class B Uniform (socks, shorts, belt, staff polo shirt) is work
Monday through Friday, all day except dinner. The Class A Uniform
(socks, shorts, belt, class A uniform scout shirt, bolo) is worn every
dinner and all day Sunday.
Make sure you order off of our TMR Staff Store, we give you MAJOR
discounts.

Cathy,John, and Justin are asking as many staff-persons as
possible
to come to this work weekend. We will be working in Keowa on
some
major projects for the summer - meals will be provided. This weekend has also
proven to be an extremely fun weekend in the past. |

the previous work weekend, you may come this weekend. However, all
staff are invited and encouraged to attend this weekend as well. |
TMR All-Hands Staff Meeting
Camp Alpine |
June 26 |
Required by all staff. This is a Reservation wide
event, which means other TMR camps will be in attendance.
Your uniform
orders will be distributed, you will be trained and certified, and it
is
very important not to miss. |

All Senior Staff report to camp by 12:00 PM,
senior
staff includes: Camp Director, Program Director, Assistant Camp Director of
Operations, Commissioners, and All Area
Directors. |

| Expected Departure (pending closing) |

This is our expected departure. However, if
weather or
other circumstances intervene, you may be expected to stay for the
remainder of your contract. |

keep you at camp until this day, if necessary. |
