Discount Options
Additional week discount – attending additional weeks will receive a $100 discount for each additional week .(exception of Aviation and SCUBA camps).
Webelos Arrow of Light Crossover – Cub Scouts crossing over to a Scouts BSA troop will not be charged the late fee if registered and paid in full by June 1, 2026.
Legacy Unit Recognition Rebate program – has been eliminated.
Free Adult Leaders
Troops and crews attending Ten Mile River are allowed a certain number of free leaders, as shown below. The adult leader fee is approximately half the cost of the regular camp fee. Units attending with fewer than five Scouts can arrange to share a site and minimize or eliminate leader fees.

Deposits and Unit Hold-A-Place
A unit can make an initial reservation by registering on Blackpug and making a $200 deposit per week/site deposit.
To maintain this reservation a unit must submit a deposit of $70 per youth by March 1st. Both unit and youth deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another week during the 2026 season. Deposits cannot be transferred to pay the fees due for another youth for whom a deposit has already been paid.

Discount Options
- Families renting a Lakeside at Family Camp Cabin that have a Scout or registered Adult Leader attend Ten Mile River Scout Camps, or the John E. Reeves Cub World Summer 2026 program will receive a $100 discount on their cabin rental.
- Scouting families do not pay the Sullivan County room tax.
Other Operating Notes
- Family Camp will begin cabin rentals on the weekend of Memorial Day with no program.
- Family Camp program begins with Week 0 and ends Week 7.
- Family Camp cabin rentals will continue through Labor Day Weekend, but there is no program offered after August 22nd.
- No refunds are issued if cancellation is made less than 60 days from the date of the reservation.
