Starting a Registration

When you are ready to start your registration, head to:
https://scoutingevent.com/640-ke24

1- Choose the week you want to attend
2- Add your participants. (For more information, check out our page on Participant Types.)
3- Fill in all the Registration Contact information.
(Note: the Registration Contact is not automatically someone attending camp. If you are also attending camp, you must add a Scouts BSA Adult for yourself in addition to being the Registration Contact)
4- Remember to “Check Out” using the tab on the top left. Use this whenever making any changes.

Accessing Your Registration

You can return to your registration in one of two ways:

Registration Link

You can use the registration access link that was emailed to you when you registered.

Look for an email from NO-REPLY@247scouting.com.

This same link will always be to your registration, so you can save it and use that to access your registration each time.

 

Know you registered, but can’t find your link? No worries! Please email 640.Camping@scouting.org and include your name, troop, camp, and week attending and we will get one sent right back out to you!

Create An Account

After opening your registration through the link, you can create an account anytime and log back in when you visit 247scouting.com. On the top right corner of the screen, click “Sign In” and then “Register”.
