What are Bookables?
Bookables are program options we have for the whole troop:
-They are not available for individual signup.
-Only ONE unit leader from each troop should fill out the bookables form.
Please take note of the following:
→ A troop may only book up to THREE programs prior to camp.
→ A troop can only book each program once (i.e. can’t book two slots of Tubing)
→ A troop understands the camp may sometimes have the need to adjust the day/time of your booked program. In this case, we will update you via email and send a new confirmation ticket.
→ Most options have capacity limits.
→ Some have age restrictions
→ Some have extra cost. (All payments will be made at camp).

Will they miss badges?
Some programs are scheduled outside of merit badge times, but it is possible Scouts will miss a class for a program. As long as they contact the counselor ahead of time, they should be able to schedule a time to make up miss requirements.
Can I book more than 3?
Units may get the opportunity to book more at camp; check back with your program director Monday after dinner to see what options remain open.
Do I have to book before camp?
These programs can also be booked upon arrival, however options will be more limited.
Are my picks guaranteed?
Program Directors sometimes may have the need to adjust the day/time of your booked program.
